Yes. We carefully pack every order. Please check your parcel on delivery. Ready-made items may be returned unused within 7 days if tags are intact. Custom-stitched garments are made to your measurements, so returns apply only for manufacturing faults — contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

We want you to love your dress. Ready-made items: 7 days to return unused with tags. Custom stitch: only manufacturing faults within 48 hours via WhatsApp.
